We had some serious creosote buildup in our chimney that needed to be cleared before the fireplace was safe to use, and they came out the very same day and handled everything on the spot. We kept hearing weird scratching noises coming from the chimney at night and thought we were losing it. Chimney Panda came out and found a bird nest blocking part of the chimney plus an old cap that was basically falling apart. Chimney Panda actually got up on the roof, showed us photos of the cracked crown and gaps in the flashing that were letting rainwater leak down into the chimney system, and fixed the issue before it turned into major interior damage.
